Which GRC Manufacturer Can Deliver on Time? An Empirical Study on the Contract Performance Capability of Qinglong GRC Manufacturer

On-time delivery is a key indicator for measuring the overall strength of a GRC manufacturer. Through 28 years of lean production practice, Qinglong GRC has maintained an on-time delivery rate above 98% for five consecutive years, establishing a strong reputation for contract fulfillment in the industry.

This high on-time rate stems from a well-established production management system. In the Shanghai Century Plaza renovation project, faced with the complex process of light-transmitting GRC panels with a 55% hollow-out rate, Qinglong used a MES system for precise production scheduling, breaking the production process down into 285 control nodes, and ultimately completed delivery 3 days ahead of schedule. The project adopted an "early warning-response" mechanism that intervenes in advance on factors likely to affect the schedule, keeping progress under control.

Precision of Production Planning

An Advanced Planning and Scheduling system (APS) is used to develop optimal production plans by comprehensively considering multiple factors such as equipment capacity and material supply. The plan achievement rate remains stable above 95%.

Supply Chain Collaborative Management

A collaborative platform has been established with 86 core suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery. Through a supplier assessment mechanism, the on-time rate of raw material supply is maintained at 99%.

Rapid Exception Response

An exception handling mechanism has been established, with equipment failures responded to within 4 hours and quality abnormalities resolved within 2 hours. This rapid response capability ensures smooth production.
