Pengeluaran dijalankan di tiga kilang milik sendiri yang terletak di Zhongshan, Guangdong; Nanning, Guangxi; dan Malaysia, dengan kapasiti pengeluaran gabungan sehingga 600,000 m² setahun. Rangkaian ini membolehkan kami memilih lokasi pengeluaran yang sesuai berdasarkan jenis produk, jadual dan lokasi projek.
Bagi projek di Malaysia, tempoh pengeluaran dan penghantaran untuk komponen standard biasanya sekitar 18–28 hari. Komponen yang lebih kompleks atau dibuat mengikut reka bentuk khas memerlukan sekitar 35–50 hari. Kerja pemasangan dilakukan oleh pasukan terlatih kami sendiri bagi memastikan kualiti, jadual dan proses kerja di tapak lebih terkawal.
Bekalan terus dari kilang membolehkan Qinglong mengekalkan kualiti yang lebih konsisten, mengurus penghantaran dengan lebih cekap dan membantu mengurangkan kos keseluruhan projek berbanding pembelian melalui orang tengah. Lawatan ke kilang, lawatan tapak dan semakan projek terdahulu juga boleh diatur.
Ditubuhkan pada 1997 di Zhongshan, Guangdong, Qinglong mempunyai hampir 30 tahun pengalaman dalam pembuatan komponen seni bina rekaan khas. Kami turut terlibat dalam pembangunan piawaian industri, memiliki lebih daripada 50 paten dan disokong oleh pasukan reka bentuk BIM yang berpengalaman.

Wisma Maya Devi is located along Jalan TAR heritage row. To construct the 10-storey building, the façade has to be remained or replicated under the authority requirements. GFRC is the best material to replicate the existing patterns, shapes, ornaments to blend and connect seamlessly with the neighbouring building.

Reka bentuk parametrik menggunakan Rhino dan Grasshopper digabungkan dengan teknologi BIM untuk menghasilkan bentuk yang kompleks dan tepat. Radius lengkungan minimum boleh mencapai ≤300 mm, manakala kekuatan mampatan UHPC melebihi 220 MPa sehingga tujuh kali lebih kuat daripada konkrit biasa.

GFRC is a lightweight, high-strength architectural concrete made from alkali-resistant glass fibers, low-alkali cement, and fine aggregates - the same material known as GFRC in the UK, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific markets.
Unlike traditional precast concrete, GFRC contains no steel reinforcement and can be sprayed or cast into thin sections of 10-25 mm, reducing panel weight by 50-70% while achieving flexural strength above 18 MPa. This makes it the preferred material for complex architectural shapes: double-curved facades, perforated screens, cornices, columns, and stone- or wood-textured panels.
Qinglong has manufactured GFRC since 1997, operates three factories with 600,000 m² annual capacity, and co-drafted China's national standard JGJ/T423-2018 for GFRC building applications. Our GFRC projects include Singapore's B001 research building, the KAFD Metro Station in Riyadh, and the Ouargla Hotel in Algeria.
GFRC and GFRC are the same material - "GFRC" is the common term in North America, while "GFRC" is standard in the UK, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete) is a different, more advanced material with compressive strength above 120 MPa.
Choose by application: GFRC offers the best value for complex artistic shapes, double curves, perforation rates up to 60%, and stone/wood textures. UHPC suits ultra-thin panels (10-25 mm), long-span facades up to 6 m, bridges, and high-durability coastal or desert environments where a service life approaching 100 years is required.
Many projects combine both: GFRC for the main decorative envelope, UHPC for critical thin-shell sections. As one of the few manufacturers producing both materials in-house, Qinglong provides side-by-side quotations so you can compare cost and performance before deciding.
FOB prices for GFRC facade panels typically range from USD 55 to 350 per m², depending on shape complexity, thickness, surface finish, order volume, and mold requirements.
As a reference: flat standard panels start around USD 55-110/m²; single-curved or standard profiled panels USD 110-210/m²; double-curved, highly perforated, or stone/wood-textured panels USD 210-350/m². UHPC flat panels start around USD 85/m². Complex shapes require dedicated molds, so larger orders significantly reduce unit cost.

Yes - properly formulated GFRC performs reliably from -40°C to +80°C, and Qinglong panels are tested to more than 50 freeze-thaw cycles, double the requirement of Chinese national standard JGJ/T423-2018.
Climate performance depends on formulation, not geography. Our panels use low-alkali sulphoaluminate cement and alkali-resistant glass fiber, achieving water absorption below 8% and flexural strength above 18 MPa - the key barriers against freeze-thaw cracking, salt crystallization, and thermal stress.
Proven in extreme conditions: the KAFD Metro Station in Riyadh (desert heat and UV), the Ouargla Hotel in Algeria (Sahara climate), coastal projects in Singapore and southern China (salt spray and typhoons), and winter Olympic-related projects in northern China (severe freeze-thaw). Third-party test reports in English are available on request.
Panels are packed in steel-framed wooden crates, loaded on flat racks or in open-top containers, and fully covered by marine insurance. Any panel damaged in transit is replaced free of charge.
Typical ocean transit from our loading ports (Shenzhen/Nansha for the Zhongshan factory, Qinzhou for the Nanning factory): Southeast Asia 5-10 days, Middle East 15-20 days, Australia 12-18 days, Europe 25-35 days, and North and South America 25-40 days. For ASEAN destinations such as Vietnam, overland trucking from our Nanning base is also available - often faster and cheaper than sea freight.
Our export team handles customs documentation, fumigation certificates, and packing lists, and we regularly ship under FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Completed export shipments include Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Malaysia, and Australia.
Standard MOQ is 100 m² per design; trial orders and samples are welcome - samples are free of charge, with freight collected.
Typical lead times: shop drawings and BIM detailing 5-7 working days after design confirmation; mold fabrication 7-10 days; production and curing 10-15 days for standard panels, 15-20 days for complex custom shapes. Ocean transit adds 5-40 days depending on destination. For a standard overseas order, expect roughly 6-10 weeks from confirmed drawings to arrival at your port.

Overseas projects typically follow a three-stage drawing flow: architect's concept drawings → our panelization and fixing detail drawings (submitted for your or your consultant's approval) → production and mold files. We can start from CAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or even renderings and hand sketches.
Early involvement saves money. Complex double-curved geometries are optimized through parametric algorithms to keep the minimum curvature radius within 300 mm while minimizing mold count and unit cost. Our technical team communicates in English throughout design, production, and installation stages, and is available for video meetings across Middle East, European, and Asia-Pacific time zones.
Our standard scope is supply plus technical support: detailed installation manuals, node drawings, and remote video guidance. For larger projects, we can dispatch experienced technical supervisors to your site to train and guide your local installation team.
GFRC installation is methodical rather than exotic - most competent local facade or dry-fixing contractors handle it well with proper documentation. We provide anchor and bracket layouts, lifting point specifications, joint treatment details, and tolerances in English drawings, plus pre-shipment assembly photos of critical nodes.
