Product categories and technical requirements

1. White cementFocus on whiteness, early strength, and low alkali index.
  • Whiteness: ≥ 89% (Hunter Whiteness), which determines the color purity of the colorant and the grade of the product.
  • Early strength (1d strength): The higher the better, as it allows for faster demolding of GRC, higher mold turnover, and quicker profits for customers.
  • Alkali content (Na₂O equivalent): ≤ 0.6%. Low-alkali cement must be used. This is a prerequisite for using alkali-resistant glass fiber; otherwise, the fiber will be corroded.
2. Quartz sand/powderThe focus is on high-purity SiO₂, gradation schemes, and low mud content.
  • SiO₂ content: ≥ 99% (high purity), reducing the risk of alkali-aggregate reaction and ensuring durability.
  • Particle size distribution: A dense packing mixing ratio solution needs to be provided, such as 20-40 mesh mixed with 40-70 mesh and then mixed with 70-140 mesh, to help customers reduce the porosity.
  • Mud content: ≤ 0.2%, mud lump content must be 0, otherwise the water-reducing agent will be easily absorbed by the mud, affecting the strength.
3. Steel fiberFocus on tensile strength, aspect ratio, dispersibility, and coating.
  • Tensile strength: ≥ 2000MPa (national standard), high-performance fibers with a strength of 2850MPa are recommended.
  • Aspect ratio (L/d): typically 65-80, is key to fiber clumping and reinforcement; fibers that do not clump and have good dispersibility must be provided.
  • Coating: It must be copper-plated microwires, with a bright and dense coating, free of rust spots, and without affecting the appearance.
4. Alkali-resistant glass fiberThe lifeline of GRC lies in high zirconium content, low water content, and spray compatibility.
  • Zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) content: High zirconium type ≥ 16.5% to ensure long-term durability; content below this is not acceptable.
  • Moisture content: ≤ 0.2%. Excessive moisture content will cause the material to absorb moisture and clump together, which will seriously affect the spray molding process.
  • Stiffness: Directly affects how well the sprayed yarn is cut in the gun and how well it is sprayed. It can be emphasized that it is "optimized for spraying process".
5. Polycarboxylate superplasticizerThe focus is on high water reduction rate, adaptability, and slump retention.
  • Water reduction rate: ≥ 30%, the higher the better, which is the guarantee for achieving a water-cement ratio of less than 0.16.
  • Adaptability: It is widely adaptable to white cement, silica fume, and quartz powder, and does not cause the concrete to set quickly or not set for a long time.
  • Collapse retention: Wet construction must ensure that there is almost no loss of fluidity within 2 hours.
6. Coloring agentsSpecial attention should be paid to alkali resistance and outdoor weather resistance.
  • Alkali resistance: It must be an iron oxide-based inorganic pigment that does not fade or develop color when exposed to cement alkali.
  • Weather resistance: According to standards, it will not chalk or fade outdoors for 10 years.
7. SiliconePay close attention to hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, and type differences.
  • Hardness/Tensile Strength: Molds are typically made with a hardness of 15-25 Shore A, which has high tensile strength and high tear strength, allowing for more mold flipping cycles and a longer lifespan.
  • Condensation type vs. addition type: This needs to be clearly specified. Addition type does not shrink but is susceptible to sulfur and tin in cement; condensation type has better resistance but does shrink.
8. GRC emulsionKey factors to consider include solids content, minimum film-forming temperature, and alkali resistance.
  • Solid content: typically 47% ± 1, the effective component that determines the adhesion.
  • Minimum film-forming temperature (MFFT): Low glass transition temperature, capable of continuous film formation at room temperature.
  • Alkali resistance: Must be a pure acrylic or styrene-acrylic system, resistant to the highly alkaline environment generated by cement hydration, and does not saponify.
