Some urgently needed positions

1. UHPC/GRC Plant Manager/Production Director

They are fully responsible for the overall coordination of factory production and operations, including capacity, quality, cost, and safety.
Develop production plans based on orders and production capacity, and coordinate the allocation of human, machine, and material resources.
Lead the establishment of a quality management system to ensure that product strength, durability and other indicators meet the standards.
Responsible for team building, performance evaluation, and decision-making regarding major quality/safety incidents.

2. UHPC/GRC Production Manager/Workshop Supervisor/Planning Supervisor

Responsible for daily production scheduling in the workshop and assigning tasks to work teams according to the plan.
Monitor the progress of each process and coordinate the connection between mold making, pouring, curing and post-processing.
It connects sales orders, technical briefings, procurement and supply with workshop production.
Collect production data such as capacity, yield, and working hours, and coordinate delivery and logistics arrangements.
Control production line operations, attendance, workshop safety, 5S management, and equipment maintenance.

3. UHPC/GRC spraying operator

Operate the GRC-specific spraying equipment to complete the spraying and molding of cement mortar and alkali-resistant glass fiber.
Control the spray thickness, angle, and uniformity to ensure that the density and glass fiber content meet the standards.
Work together to complete demolding, mold flipping, and process transfer operations.
Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment such as spray guns and air compressors.
Proficiency in premixed spraying or spray cutting is required, and certification is usually required to work in this field.

4. UHPC/GRC mixing/pouring worker

Operate the forced mixing equipment and strictly follow the UHPC mix proportions for feeding.
Control the mixing time and discharge status to monitor the workability of the concrete.
Complete the in-mold pouring, vibration or self-compacting molding operations.
Keep the mixing plant clean to prevent cross-contamination between aggregates and admixtures.
Responsible for the positioning and installation of embedded parts and lifting components, and cooperating with quality inspectors to complete the acceptance of concealed works.

5. UHPC/GRC mold maker/carpenter/welder

Responsible for the fabrication, assembly, debugging, and demolding of component molds.
Complete the cleaning of the mold surface and the application of release agent to ensure the smoothness of the component surface.
Responsible for mold repair, maintenance, and lifespan management.
Molds are manufactured, assembled, and repaired with high precision according to drawings to ensure dimensions, rigidity, and surface quality.

6. General workers/auxiliary workers for UHPC/GRC sanding and troweling

After demolding, the components undergo flash cleaning, defect repair, edge trimming, and hole sealing.
Responsible for finished product labeling, packaging, stacking, transportation, and warehousing.
Responsible for handling, loading, transferring, and cleaning/organizing the site for raw materials.
Responsible for pickling, grinding, polishing, repair, color difference correction, and mirror or texture effect processing.

7. UHPC/GRC Quality Supervisor/Quality Manager/Quality Inspector

Establish a full-process quality inspection system including IQC/IPQC/FQC, and formulate inspection standards.
Organize quality analysis meetings, promote the rectification of major quality problems, and have the right to stop the production of substandard products.
Responsible for incoming material inspection, process inspection, finished product inspection, and issuing quality inspection reports.
Prepare standard test blocks, operate testing equipment such as presses, and fill in inspection records.

8. UHPC/GRC Technology/Formulation/Process Engineer

Responsible for the research, optimization, and cost control of basic GRC and UHPC formulations.
Promote the testing and trial production of new products, new processes, and new materials.
Solve production technical problems and compile work instructions and formula sheets.
Responsible for process design, on-site guidance, skills training, and process improvement.
Select, test and evaluate raw materials, and complete performance testing and technical documentation.

9. UHPC/GRC Detail Designer

I will use Rhino software to break down and refine the components based on architectural drawings.
Draw component fabrication drawings, mold drawings, and layout drawings, and output the production BOM list.
Connect with the design institute to confirm the details and methods; understand BIM detailing, clash detection, and installation simulation.
Responsible for GRC/UHPC molding die design, and familiar with 3D software and material shrinkage rate.

10. UHPC/GRC Sales Manager/Salesperson

Responsible for market development of projects such as curtain walls, landscaping, and municipal works.
Customer maintenance, business negotiations and contract signing.
Responsible for project bidding, payment collection, customer feedback, and technical coordination.
Participate in video and live streaming promotions.

11. UHPC/GRC Budget/Quotation Specialist

Responsible for project quantity statistics and cost accounting.
Prepare bid price lists and cost analyses.
Collaborate with sales to calculate solutions.
Participate in project gross profit margin control.

12. On-site installation project manager/installation team leader/installer

Responsible for overall coordination of the construction site, and managing the installation progress, quality, and safety.
Communicate with the client and general contractor to ensure timely delivery and smooth installation of components.
Lead or participate in component hoisting, positioning, bolt/welding connections, and waterproofing caulking.
Proficiency in positioning instruments such as total stations and levels is required to ensure installation accuracy.
