This professional tool configuration ensured the installation quality of the project, with installation deviations of over ten thousand shaped GRC panels all controlled within the allowable range.

Measurement and Positioning Tools

Total stations are used for setting out datum points, with a precision requirement of ±1″. Laser line projectors are used for marking lines on walls to ensure accurate positioning. Digital spirit levels check flatness with a precision of 0.1°. These tools guarantee installation accuracy.

Cutting and Trimming Tools

Marble cutters are used for cutting panels and are fitted with dedicated cutting blades. Angle grinders handle edges and corners and must be equipped with dust removal devices. Electric drills make holes using carbide drill bits. Tool performance directly affects installation quality.

Installation and Fixing Tools

Electric torque wrenches control bolt tightening force with a precision of ±3%. Hydraulic lifting platforms ensure the safety of work at height. Vacuum suction cups hoist large panels, safe and reliable. Specialized tools improve installation efficiency.

Inspection and Acceptance Tools

Feeler gauges check panel joint width with a precision of 0.1mm. Straightedges, 2m in length, are used to detect flatness. Infrared rangefinders verify dimensions. These tools ensure acceptance standards are met.
