Technical Preparation Before Installation

Before installation, technical preparation work such as survey layout and base treatment must be completed. Precision instruments such as laser levels and total stations are used to ensure layout accuracy. The flatness deviation of the base must be controlled within 4mm/2m, and uneven areas require leveling treatment. Technical briefings should explain installation key points and precautions in detail.

Key Control Points During Installation

During installation, the panel joint width must be strictly controlled, generally within 8-12mm. Special adjustment fittings are used for fine-tuning to ensure panel flatness. Joints are treated with special sealant to ensure waterproof performance. A quality check is carried out as soon as each unit is completed, with deviations corrected promptly.

Installation Techniques for Special Areas

Internal and external corners are reinforced with special corner brackets to ensure straight, crisp edges. Adjustable brackets are used on curved areas to achieve smooth transitions. Dedicated nodes are provided at expansion joints to accommodate thermal deformation. These special techniques ensure a flawless overall result.

Post-Installation Testing and Inspection

After installation is complete, overall commissioning is performed to check panel flatness and joint width uniformity. A water spray test is conducted to verify waterproof performance. An infrared detector is used to check for hollowing. Installation records are established to document key data.
