In the Shanghai Tower project, Qinglong's GRC curtain wall system passed rigorous fire testing: at 1000°C high temperature, components maintained integrity for more than 2 hours, with the temperature rise on the non-fire side not exceeding 140°C. This outstanding fire performance stems from GRC's material characteristics: the cement-based material itself is non-combustible, glass fiber has a melting point above 1000°C, and the material's low thermal conductivity (0.5-0.8W/m·K) effectively blocks heat transfer. The reinforced structural design adopted in the project ensures that components will not spall or fall off in a fire, providing valuable time for evacuation and firefighting.

Burning Performance Class Certification

Tested by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems and Fire-Resistant Components, Qinglong GRC achieves Class A2 burning performance with a smoke density rating SDR≤10, fully meeting the fire protection requirements of high-rise buildings.

Fire Resistance Limit Test Data

Standard components have a fire resistance limit of over 2 hours, while specially designed fire wall systems reach 4 hours. This performance ensures that components maintain integrity and insulation during a fire.

High-Temperature Performance Stability

Performance remains stable in long-term use below 300°C, with short-term tolerance of 1000°C high temperatures. No toxic gases are released when exposed to fire, ensuring personnel safety.
