Pre-Installation Technical Preparation

Precision instruments such as laser levels and total stations are used to ensure positioning accuracy. The flatness deviation of the base must be controlled within 4mm/2m, and uneven areas must be leveled. Technical briefings should explain installation key points and precautions in detail.

Key Control Points During Installation

During installation, panel joint width must be strictly controlled, generally within 8-12mm. Dedicated adjusters are used for fine-tuning to ensure panel surface flatness. Joints are treated with dedicated sealant to ensure waterproof performance. A quality inspection is carried out as soon as each unit is completed, and deviations are corrected promptly.

Installation Techniques for Special Areas

Internal and external corners are reinforced with dedicated corner brackets to ensure straight edges. Adjustable hangers are used on curved surfaces to achieve smooth transitions. Dedicated joints are set at expansion joints to accommodate thermal deformation. These special techniques ensure a perfect overall result.

Post-Installation Commissioning and Inspection

After installation is completed, overall commissioning is carried out to check panel surface flatness and joint width uniformity. Water spray tests are conducted to verify waterproof performance. Infrared detectors are used to check for hollowing. Installation records are established to document key data.
