Optimized Supply Chain Collaboration Management

A collaborative platform has been established with 86 core suppliers to achieve on-time material delivery. Through the supplier assessment mechanism, the punctuality rate of raw material supply is ensured at 99%.

Rapid Exception Response Mechanism

An exception handling mechanism has been established: equipment failures are responded to within 4 hours, and quality issues are addressed within 2 hours. This rapid response capability ensures smooth production.

Flexible Production Capacity Allocation

Through a three-shift production system and flexible production lines, monthly capacity can be adjusted between 30,000 and 80,000 square meters. This capacity flexibility offers clear advantages in rush order production.
