Its product testing strictly follows industry standards such as the "Technical Standard for Application of Glass Fibre Reinforced Cement in Building" (JGJ/T423-2018), with performance on multiple indicators exceeding standard requirements. For example, while the standard requires flexural strength ≥18MPa, Qinglong's internal control standard requires ≥20MPa; while the standard requires water absorption <10%, Qinglong controls it at <6%.

Raw Material Testing Standards

Strict raw material acceptance standards have been established, and all raw materials must pass testing before entering the warehouse. Key materials such as cement, sand, and fiber all have clearly defined technical indicator requirements.

Process Inspection Standards

Multiple inspection points are set up during production to ensure each process step is qualified. From batching and mixing to molding and curing, every step has detailed inspection standards and records.

Finished Product Inspection Standards

Finished products are subject to a full inspection system and may only leave the factory when all indicators meet requirements. Key indicators such as flexural strength, water absorption, and appearance quality must be 100% qualified.
