First, observe the product's appearance quality. High-quality GRC products have flat surfaces, uniform color, and neat edges and corners. A crisp sound when tapped indicates good density. Measure dimensional deviations: for qualified products, the length deviation should be controlled within ±2mm. Qinglong products are made with advanced production processes, achieving dimensional accuracy of ±1mm, far exceeding industry standards.

Strength Performance Testing

Flexural strength is a key indicator; high-quality products should be ≥18MPa. Qinglong products have measured values of 20-25MPa, exceeding standard requirements. This high-strength performance was verified in the Wuhan Han Show Theatre project.

Durability Assessment

Observe the water absorption rate through water immersion tests; high-quality products should have an absorption rate below 10%. In the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center project, the products have maintained stable performance after 8 years of exposure to the marine climate.

Environmental Performance Testing

Ask the manufacturer to provide environmental test reports. Qinglong products have passed green building material certification, with formaldehyde emissions far below standard limits.
