I. Project Overview
This project is the overall design and construction general contracting project for the exterior wall GRC of the Dutch area of Changying Global 100 Ecological and Cultural Industrial Park, a key cultural and tourism landmark in Hainan Province. It is the core facade decoration project of a large-scale movie theme park in Haikou. Guangdong Qinglong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the entire chain of services, including GRC component mold making, industrial production, transportation, and on-site dry-hanging installation. The Changying Hainan Global 100 Dutch Zone has a total construction area of approximately 39,600 square meters, including multiple themed commercial and entertainment venues. II. Scope and Quantities of the Project
The total GRC construction area of this project is 15,986.2㎡, covering all the main buildings in the Dutch section. Details of the construction work for each individual building are as follows:
1. Themed buildings A/B/C/D: The exterior GRC lines, roof design, and three-dimensional decorative components are constructed using a segmented handover and overlapping construction mode; Building C started construction in March 2016 with a construction period of 20 days, while Buildings A/B/D started construction simultaneously on April 15, with a construction period of 25 days per building;
2. Stadium: GRC moldings, door and window frames, roof design, 162.54㎡; construction began on March 1, 2016, with a construction period of 10 days;
3. Theme Church: European-style GRC lines and door and window frame design, with a project area of 550.94㎡; construction started on April 1, 2016, and the construction period was 20 days;
4. Open-air theater: curved lines and decorative elements, 90.42㎡; construction began on April 15, 2016, with a construction period of 10 days;
5. Windmill and Cheese House: Unique three-dimensional GRC shapes and carved components. The Cheese House was the first to be built on January 15, 2016, with a construction period of 10 days; the Windmill was built on March 1, with a construction period of 10 days.

III. Hainan Coastal Exclusive GRC Dry-Hanging Anti-Corrosion Technology Standard
In response to the high salt spray, strong ultraviolet radiation, and high temperature and humidity marine climate of Haikou, Hainan, this project has upgraded all materials and installation systems with specialized anti-corrosion measures. All construction details are strictly written into the construction contract, making it fully suitable for the long-term outdoor use needs of coastal cultural and tourism buildings.
1. GRC component base material standards: The thickness of linear and flat components is uniformly ≥15mm, and the thickness is uniform. Irregularly shaped components are integrally molded, and the mold opening accuracy is controlled at ±2mm to prevent surface deformation and cracking. The base material is added with alkali-resistant glass fiber and impermeable modifier to improve its resistance to salt spray corrosion.
2. Dry-hanging keel anti-corrosion system: All supporting steel frames are hot-dip galvanized to prevent corrosion from sea breeze chloride ions;
3. Stainless steel corrosion-resistant connectors:
The embedded base layer uses S316 stainless steel sleeves and stainless steel embedded parts;
M12 chemical anchors were used for wall anchoring and embedded in the main structure.

5. Acceptance criteria: All materials and construction techniques comply with the current national and Hainan local housing and construction department standards. The final acceptance shall be based on both the construction drawings and the technical terms of the contract.

IV. Segmented and Interleaved Project Schedule Management Plan
The Dutch section involves numerous individual buildings and cross-disciplinary work across civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, and landscaping. The project team adopted a staggered construction schedule, with phased handovers and overlapping work phases. The contract clearly states that the construction period already includes statutory holidays, the Hainan rainy season, typhoons, and other adverse weather conditions and the impact of overlapping work, thus requiring no additional extensions.
The following buildings will be constructed first: Cheese House, Block C, Stadium, and Windmill, and will be completed in the first three months of the year.
The second phase of simultaneous construction includes the church, blocks A, B, and D, and the open-air theater, with construction commencing in April.
A dedicated safety and civilized construction management team is on-site, and special expenses are charged separately for safety protection, temporary facilities, and nighttime construction during the rainy season to ensure the safety and compliance of outdoor high-altitude operations in the coastal area.
