This high on-time rate stems from a well-established production management system. In the Shanghai Century Plaza renovation project, faced with the complex craftsmanship of light-transmitting GRC panels with a 55% hollow-out rate, Qinglong used a MES system for precise production scheduling, breaking the production process down into 285 controlled nodes, and ultimately completed delivery 3 days ahead of schedule.
