For mix optimization, high-purity aggregates and alkali-resistant steel fibers are selected to reduce the accelerating effect of impurities on aging; for surface protection, outdoor UHPC panels may optionally adopt penetrating fluorocarbon protective coatings to form a UV barrier, reducing the aging rate by more than 50%; for the verification system, every batch of products must pass artificial accelerated aging tests before leaving the factory, while completed projects are tracked over the long term to build an aging performance database.
