Entry control: The client shall be notified in writing 3 days in advance for acceptance. The client shall designate a specific person (project manager, quality inspector, warehouse manager) to sign and verify on site, and seal samples for comparison of appearance and dimensions;
Lifting and positioning: Three-dimensional laser layout positioning is adopted, with axis deviation ≤2mm and elevation deviation ≤3mm. Multiple stainless steel hangers are used for dry hanging and fixing, and anti-vibration hinges are used to disperse wind pressure impact.
Joints and protection: Weather-resistant silicone sealant is used for sealing, and backing rods are filled in layers. After completion, a water-repellent protective layer is sprayed on the whole to improve outdoor weather resistance, UV resistance, and acid rain resistance.
Concealed works management: The client shall be notified 48 hours in advance of all steel frame pre-embedded and welded joints for acceptance. The next process can only proceed after the client has signed off on the self-inspection and approval.
Completion and Acceptance: The preliminary acceptance and the joint acceptance by the four parties are completed in stages. The pull-out test is used to verify the anchoring strength, the flatness is checked with a 2-meter straightedge, and the gap error is controlled to ≤2mm.

Warranty period: A full 2-year warranty period from the date of overall project completion and acceptance (owner's completion certificate date) , with a quality assurance certificate bearing the official seal issued simultaneously;
After-sales response: We will provide a written response within 48 hours of receiving a repair request and complete the free repair or replacement within 3 days. If the issue is not resolved within the specified period, we may entrust a third party to repair the issue, and all costs will be borne by us.
Defect Coverage: We provide lifetime technical support for concealing internal quality defects, color differences, cracks, and detachment issues, and extend the warranty period accordingly for replacement components.

IV. Project Implementation, Safety and Compliance Management
1. Standardized contract performance process
Schedule and Performance: The first batch of materials and construction personnel will be delivered to the site in batches by May 20, 2018; all goods will be prepared within 10 working days of contract signing, and the client will be supported in making written adjustments to the supply batches, quantities, and construction period;
Payment settlement: The payment method is to deduct advance payment, pay progress payment in installments, pay 95% upon completion and settle the remaining 5% quality guarantee deposit without interest upon maturity. All settlement quantities are based on the completion documents accepted by the four parties.
