The Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center (new site) is located at the intersection of Xinyuan Road and Hongfu East Road, Dongcheng Subdistrict. The project covers a total land area of ​​11,116.74 square meters and a total building area of ​​49,833.32 square meters. Upon completion, it will become a public building in Dongguan integrating women and children's quality education, special skills training, children's entertainment, and performing arts. It will greatly improve the quality of women and children's education in Dongguan, making it a significant public welfare project and another landmark building in Dongguan.

The project design draws inspiration from "Guancao," an intangible cultural heritage of Dongguan. Through abstract refinement, the super plasticity of GRC material is used to create a woven-like skin, forming a new "outer garment" for the theater. Paired with gradient and rhythmic window openings, it embodies childlike vitality and vigor, while the tower and podium express feminine softness and gentleness through the outline of curves.

The Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center, a key project for Qinglong, received significant attention from the company. To ensure its successful completion, high-quality resources were allocated to accelerate the construction progress of the new center, guaranteeing both quality and timely completion, making it another benchmark project for Qinglong GRC. During construction, the Qinglong GRC team upheld a spirit of meticulous craftsmanship, actively innovated project management methods, responded to national environmental protection policies by using low-carbon materials, and simultaneously prioritized both epidemic prevention and control and resumption of work and production. They rigorously ensured the quality of the curtain wall and construction safety, enabling the project to achieve its expected goals in both efficiency and schedule.

The successful contracting and smooth construction of the GRC curtain wall for the Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center (new site) marks another distinctive GRC project for Qinglong, following its highly representative projects such as the Easyhome Guangzhou Home Furnishing Mall, Dali University Library, Panzhihua Third-Line Construction, Nanning CR MixC Mall, and Guangxi New Media Center. It is a masterpiece of Qinglong's GRC irregular-shaped component projects.
