GRC components for Nanjing Agile Riverside Garden

Agile Riverside International Garden is located in the emerging dreamland of Nanjing North Bank Pukou New City. The project is bordered by the headquarters economic axis to the west, the Qilihe Riverside Commercial District and Riverside Hotel Cluster to the east, Laoshan Mountain to the north, and the Yangtze River to the south. The product types include super luxury riverside residences ranging from 129 to 680 square meters, an 80,000-square-meter clubhouse hotel, and 16,000 square meters of distinctive commercial space, and also includes a high-level kindergarten and primary and secondary schools.

Qinglong Company undertook the GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) engineering for the residential buildings, commercial center A area, composite platform exterior walls, commercial center A/B area GRC and column steel frame, and kindergarten in the G41 plot of the Agile Riverside International Garden project. Because Qinglong Company has a GRC branch factory in Nanjing, the Qinglong GRC team was able to quickly and successfully resolve various challenges. The Qinglong team's scientific design and meticulous construction resulted in the elegant and refined European classical style of the Agile Riverside International Garden architecture.
