GRC components for Shenzhen Pingshan Convention and Exhibition Center

The Shenzhen Pingshan High-tech Zone Comprehensive Service Center project is the first EPC prefabricated steel structure hotel and convention complex project in China. The project includes an international convention center and its supporting hotel, covering a construction area of ​​approximately 87,000 square meters and a total building area of ​​approximately 133,000 square meters. It is the third largest large-scale convention and exhibition project in China with an ultra-short construction period. Upon completion, the project is intended to serve as the exhibition venue for future international conferences in Shenzhen and will become a new landmark in the eastern part of Shenzhen.

Qinglong Company undertook the fabrication and installation of GRC curtain wall panels for this project, including various GRC designs for the convention center and its supporting hotel, with a total area of ​​30,000 square meters. As the curtain wall contractor, Qinglong successfully applied its integrated GRC solution for decoration, insulation, and maintenance to this project. The stability and excellent performance of its various components have earned unanimous praise from the client and the design team.
