Huaguoyuan is currently the largest urban village renovation project in Guiyang. After completion, it will become a rare large-scale development in Guiyang's main urban area, covering an area of ​​6,000 mu and a total construction area of ​​5.6 million square meters. Its design features several firsts in Guizhou.

The entire Huaguoyuan (Flower and Fruit Garden) design perfectly blends nine classic European architectural styles. These include the ancient Greek style, characterized by its various columns; the ancient Roman style, featuring high horizontal arches; and the most classic European Gothic style, constructed with superb technology and magnificent art.

The project extensively uses GRG material in its interior design, with over 140 different styles. The designs are exquisite and unique, and the complex construction process makes it one of the most challenging projects of its kind in China. The result is a high-end decorative style that exudes nobility and elegance.

The Huaguoyuan GRG project undertaken by Qinglong Company covers an area of ​​over 10,000 square meters, using the new green building material GRG throughout. Due to the complexity of the carvings, curved panels, reliefs, and column bases, and the numerous lines and styles (over 140 designs), the design and construction were significantly challenging. The Qinglong team rigorously oversaw every detail, meticulously crafting each aspect to create a perfect GRG architectural project for Huaguoyuan.
