Raw Material Quality Control

High-quality raw materials such as low-alkali cement (alkali content ≤0.6%) and alkali-resistant glass fiber (ZrO₂ content ≥16%) are used. A strict supplier audit system has been established, and every batch of raw materials must pass 28 index tests.

Production Process Quality Assurance

German automated production lines have been introduced, with a batching accuracy of 0.1%. Through 280 quality control points, process parameters are monitored in real time. The first-pass yield of products remains stable above 99.2%.

Comprehensive Testing System

The laboratory is CNAS certified, and its test data is mutually recognized internationally. Samples are retained from every batch for testing, and complete quality records are maintained. This testing system provides a guarantee for quality.

Quality Improvement Mechanism

A quality data analysis system has been established to regularly analyze quality trends. Corrective and preventive measures are taken for quality issues to continuously improve quality. This mechanism drives continuous quality enhancement.
