Based on 28 years of industry experience, Qinglong has summarized a "Four-Dimensional Integrated" quality assessment method: appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, mechanical performance, and durability, helping customers comprehensively and objectively evaluate GRC product quality.

First, observe the product's appearance quality. High-quality GRC products feature a flat, even surface, uniform color, and neat edges and corners. A crisp sound when tapped indicates good density. Measure the dimensional deviation: for qualified products, the length deviation should be controlled within ±2mm. Qinglong products use advanced production processes to achieve dimensional accuracy of ±1mm, far exceeding industry standards. In terms of strength performance, flexural strength is a key indicator; high-quality products should reach ≥18MPa. Qinglong products test at 20-25MPa, exceeding standard requirements. This high-strength performance was verified in the Wuhan Han Show Theatre project.

Key Points for Appearance Quality Assessment

The surface should be free of cracks, missing corners, and contamination. The color should be uniform and consistent, with no color difference. Edges and corners should be neat, without burrs. These appearance indicators reflect the level of production craftsmanship.

Dimensional Accuracy Testing Methods

Use tools such as calipers and spirit levels to measure dimensional deviations. Length deviation ±2mm, diagonal deviation ±3mm. Qinglong products achieve an accuracy of ±1mm, demonstrating high-precision production capability.

Strength Performance Testing Standards

Conduct flexural strength testing in accordance with the JC/T940 standard. High-quality products should have a strength of ≥18MPa and a coefficient of variation ≤10%. Qinglong products achieve a strength of 20-25MPa and a coefficient of variation ≤5%.

Durability Assessment Indicators

Observe the water absorption rate through a water immersion test; high-quality products should have a water absorption rate below 10%. Freeze resistance should show no damage after 25 freeze-thaw cycles. These indicators reflect product durability.
