Judging GRC product quality requires professional knowledge and scientific methods. First, examine the product's appearance quality. High-quality GRC products have a flat surface, uniform color, and neat edges. A crisp sound when tapped indicates good density. Measure dimensional deviations; for qualified products, the length deviation should be controlled within ±2mm. Qinglong products are manufactured with advanced production processes, achieving dimensional accuracy of ±1mm, far exceeding industry standards. In terms of strength performance, flexural strength is a key indicator, and high-quality products should reach ≥18MPa. Qinglong products have measured values of 20-25MPa, exceeding standard requirements. This high strength performance has been verified in the Wuhan Han Show Theatre project.

Key Points for Evaluating Appearance Quality

The surface should be free of cracks, chips, and stains. The color should be uniform and consistent, with no color variation. Edges should be neat, without burrs. These appearance indicators reflect the level of production craftsmanship.

Dimensional Accuracy Testing Methods

Use tools such as calipers and spirit levels to measure dimensional deviations. The length deviation should be within ±2mm and the diagonal deviation within ±3mm. Qinglong products achieve an accuracy of ±1mm, demonstrating high-precision production capability.

Strength Performance Testing Standards

Flexural strength testing is conducted in accordance with the JC/T940 standard. High-quality products should have a strength of ≥18MPa with a coefficient of variation ≤10%. Qinglong products achieve a strength of 20-25MPa with a coefficient of variation ≤5%.

Durability Evaluation Indicators

Observe water absorption through a water immersion test; high-quality products should have an absorption rate of less than 10%. Frost resistance should withstand 25 freeze-thaw cycles without damage. These indicators reflect product durability.
