In the curved curtain wall project of the Wuhan Hanxiu Theater, Qinglong adopted a three-dimensionally adjustable dry-hanging system: channel-type embedded inserts in the substrate, vertical installation of main keels, and horizontal secondary keels with three-dimensional adjustment. GRC panels are connected to the keels through stainless steel hangers, which can be adjusted ±20mm front-to-back, ±15mm left-to-right, and ±10mm up-and-down. This flexible connection system ensures installation accuracy while accommodating structural deformation; after 5 years of service, the fixing system remains intact.

Dry-Hanging Fixing System

Suitable for exterior walls of high-rise buildings; safe and reliable. The keel system requires structural calculation. Hangers must be equipped with anti-detachment devices. Adjustment range should meet construction needs.

Suitable for interior walls; quick to install. Anchor bolts must meet pull-out strength requirements. Panel edge fixing points should be ≤100mm from the edge. Fixing points require concealed work acceptance.

Adhesive Bonding Fixing Process

Suitable for thin panel installation with a flat surface. Bond strength ≥0.4MPa. The substrate requires interface treatment. Critical areas need additional mechanical fixing.

Hybrid Fixing Solution
