The aging resistance of GRC products directly affects the service life of buildings. Qinglong GRC has significantly improved the weather resistance of its products through innovations in material modification and surface treatment technologies. The UV-resistant coating technology we employ effectively delays the aging of materials under sunlight exposure.

In terms of material formulation, we have improved the compactness of GRC by adding special polymers, reducing the possibility of moisture penetration. In coastal area projects, this formulation advantage enables the products to resist salt spray corrosion. Compared with ordinary GRC products, our products demonstrated superior durability in accelerated aging tests.

Innovations in surface treatment technology have further enhanced aging resistance. The stone-like texture treatment process developed by Qinglong not only enhances the decorative effect but also forms a protective layer. In the Dali University project in Yunnan, this technology ensured the long-term stability of GRC components under the strong UV conditions of the high-altitude plateau environment.
