The GRC production process directly affects product performance and appearance quality. Through 28 years of technical accumulation, Qinglong has developed multiple mature processes including spray-up, premix, and mesh lamination, allowing the optimal solution to be selected according to product requirements.

In the "Dongguan grass" woven texture project at the Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center, Qinglong innovatively combined the spray-up process with carving technology to perfectly recreate the delicate texture of traditional Dongguan grass. The project first used CNC engraving machines to produce high-precision molds, then applied an improved spray-up process to ensure directional fiber distribution in the surface layer, and finally enhanced details through hand finishing. This process combination achieved a realism level of over 95% in the finished product, earning high praise from the designers.
