In-Process Inspection Standards

Multiple inspection points are set up during production to ensure every process step is qualified. From batching and mixing to molding and curing, each stage has detailed inspection standards and records.

Finished Product Inspection Standards

A full inspection system is applied to finished products, and only products meeting all indicators may leave the factory. Key indicators such as flexural strength, water absorption, and appearance quality must be 100% compliant.
