In the Shanghai Qingpu R&D Base project, we optimized the mix design so that the GRC cladding panels retain their lightweight properties while achieving wind pressure resistance above 5.0kPa. The inorganic eco-friendly GRC materials used in the project align closely with its development strategy of 'green demonstration and innovation leadership'.

Engineering Verification of Strength Indicators

The double-curved curtain wall project of the Nanning New Media Center was a rigorous test of GRC strength. All GRC panels in the project passed testing at 1.5 times the design load, with the largest panel measuring 6m×3m, and remain intact after five years of use.
