Recently, the “McWell Electronic Technology Industrial Park” project undertaken by Guangdong Qinglong Construction Co., Ltd., with its innovative GRC engineering design and outstanding construction craftsmanship, won the Bronze Award in the selection for the industry's authoritative “Runbang Cup ·GRC Architectural Engineering Innovation Award”. Particularly worth mentioning is that the GRC components use a through-body coloring process. Through the precise blending of mineral pigments, the three-color texture of interwoven light and dark shades on the surface of traditional red brick was reproduced, which not only retains the mottled texture of traditional red brick but also ensures color durability, achieving a perfect unity of visual appeal and practicality.

Rigorous Craftsmanship Ensures Project Quality

Since the owner applied GRC to interior decoration for the first time, safety was placed as the top priority. Every node and process in the fabrication of the main steel structure and the backing steel structure by the Qinglong Construction team was strictly reviewed and confirmed by three parties in accordance with the drawing plans. Every process requirement in production was extremely stringent, far exceeding conventional standards, reflecting the company's persistent pursuit of quality and safety.

In the production stage, the project adopted the GRC spray-up molding process. Through precise positioning, the stainless steel sleeves were tightly embedded with the steel frames, and an integral one-time pre-embedding scheme was adopted, ensuring the long-term firmness and stability of the components after installation from the structural source.
