JC/T940-2022: regulates the appearance, dimensional deviation, and surface quality of GRC decorative products; appearance must show no obvious defects and dimensional deviation must be ≤2mm/m, while Qinglong products achieve dimensional accuracy of ±0.5mm. Four-step testing ensures products meet standards. Production process testing: key stages such as mold precision, glass fiber mesh laying, and vibration pressure are tested; Qinglong's process testing coverage is 100%. Finished product testing before shipment: full-item testing covering appearance, dimensions, strength, water absorption, etc., with each batch sampled and sent for inspection; Qinglong's factory shipment pass rate is 100%. On-site sampling: random sampling at project sites, compared with factory test results; Qinglong's on-site sampling pass rate is 100%.

III. Testing Reports and Standard Application Recommendations

Standardized testing avoids quality risks. Require manufacturers to provide test reports corresponding to the applicable standards and verify the qualifications of the testing institutions; Qinglong's reports all come from national-level testing institutions. Focus on indicators that match the project environment, such as freeze-thaw resistance testing for northern projects and salt spray resistance testing for coastal projects.
