Alkali-resistant glass fiber is the core reinforcing component of GRC, determining its flexural, tensile, and impact resistance. Qinglong uses imported alkali-resistant glass fiber with an alkali resistance rate of over 98%, which effectively resists the erosion of the cement's alkaline environment and maintains high strength over the long term. The content of premium alkali-resistant glass fiber must be strictly controlled; through precise proportioning, Qinglong ensures that GRC components achieve a flexural strength of over 20MPa, far exceeding industry standards. Inferior GRC, however, uses ordinary glass fiber or reduces the fiber content, resulting in components that are prone to cracking and lack strength.

II. Base Materials: High-Grade Cement and Premium Aggregates

GRC's base material mainly consists of cement, aggregate, and water. Qinglong uses high-grade white cement or rapid-hardening cement to ensure GRC has good strength and molding performance; the aggregate is graded quartz sand with uniform particles and a hard texture, which improves GRC's density and wear resistance. The ratio of cement to aggregate is crucial. Through years of technical accumulation, Qinglong has developed an optimized proportioning scheme that gives GRC both assured strength and good flowability, facilitating the molding of complex shapes. Some manufacturers, however, use low-grade cement or construction waste aggregate, resulting in GRC with low strength and poor durability.
