Reason for attention: This is an important experiment in the transformation of China's commercial real estate towards an experience economy.
In 2013, Qinglong Company undertook the fabrication and installation of the GRC sub-project. Using 15mm thick white cement matrix to carve GRC panels, covering an area of 9000㎡, its unique Chinese red design is novel and stands majestically on the banks of the Chu River. Its complexity and technical requirements have set a new record for similar buildings in China.
