Qinglong adopts a process combining spray-up molding and premix casting: spray-up molding is suitable for thin-walled components, in which fibers and mortar are uniformly attached to the mold through a high-pressure spray gun; premix casting is used for large load-bearing components to ensure concrete compactness. The curing stage combines steam curing with natural curing, promoting the hydration reaction in a constant temperature and humidity environment, so that the product achieves a 28-day compressive strength of over 80MPa. It is worth noting that the "Technical Standard for Building Application of Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC)" (JGJ/T423-2018), which Qinglong participated in formulating, clearly specifies curing cycles and environmental parameters, becoming a benchmark for industry quality.
Quality inspection and full-process control are the last line of defense in GRC production. Each batch of products must undergo more than 20 indicator tests including flexural strength, elastic modulus, and frost resistance, among which the weather resistance test simulates extreme environmental cycles from -40℃ to 70℃ to ensure stability under different regional climate conditions.
