The curing stage combines steam curing with natural curing, promoting hydration reactions in a constant temperature and humidity environment, enabling products to reach a 28-day compressive strength of over 80MPa. Notably, the "Technical Standard for Building Application of Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC)" (JGJ/T423-2018), which Qinglong participated in formulating, clearly specifies curing cycles and environmental parameters, setting an industry quality benchmark.
Quality inspection and full-process control are the last line of defense in GRC production. Each batch of products must undergo more than 20 indicator tests, including flexural strength, elastic modulus, and frost resistance, among which weather resistance testing simulates extreme environment cycles from -40℃ to 70℃ to ensure stability under different regional climate conditions.
