The first is balancing material performance: GRC slurries for printing must simultaneously satisfy fluidity requirements (to ensure smooth extrusion) and early strength requirements (to prevent interlayer collapse), which places extremely high demands on mix design. The second is process precision control: issues such as interlayer bond strength and shrinkage deformation during printing may cause micro-cracks in components and affect durability. The last is cost control: at present, the equipment investment and consumable costs of 3D printed GRC are about 1.5-2 times those of traditional processes, limiting its application in mid- and low-end projects.

### III. Future Development Paths: Two-way Expansion of Technological Innovation and Application Scenarios

Looking ahead, the integration of GRC and 3D printing technology will advance along the path of “material optimization - process upgrading - scenario extension”. On the materials side, Qinglong Group is working with universities to develop nano-modified GRC slurries, aiming to raise the flexural strength of printed components to over 25MPa while reducing the shrinkage rate to below 0.3%. On the process side, the deep integration of parametric design and BIM technology will enable direct conversion from design models to printing codes, improving production efficiency.
