In the Nanjing East Road Century Plaza renovation project, the noise level measured on its GRC translucent concrete production line was 58dB, complying with the daytime standard of the Emission Standard of Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary (GB 12348), demonstrating the model effect of "production as environmental protection".
3. Finished Product Performance and Environmental Compatibility: Balancing Function and Ecology
The eco-friendliness of GRC finished products is reflected in both physical indicators and environmental adaptability. According to the standard Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC) Decorative Products (JC/T 940-2022), acceptance testing must examine the frost resistance of components (strength loss rate ≤15% after 25 freeze-thaw cycles), alkali-resistant tensile strength retention rate (≥75%), and fire rating (not lower than Class A2). In the Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center project that Qinglong participated in, testing showed that the GRC exterior wall panels had a thermal conductivity of only 0.18W/(m·K), reducing energy consumption by 40% compared with traditional stone, while offering excellent breathability that regulates indoor humidity and achieves an ecological interaction between buildings and nature. 4. Construction, Installation and Waste Management: Practicing Green Concepts Throughout the Process
Environmental acceptance at the construction stage covers on-site pollution control and waste disposal.
