Refined control of construction techniques directly determines sealing quality. Qinglong has developed the "Three Checks and Four Steps" construction method: in the preliminary stage, check the installation precision of GRC panels (planar error ≤2mm), metal component surface treatment (rust removal grade Sa2.5), and sealant compatibility; during construction, strictly follow the four-step process of cleaning the substrate, filling backing material, applying and shaping sealant, and trimming and curing. In the Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center project, this technique achieved IPX7 water tightness at connection points, ensuring more than 15 years without leakage risks.
