### II. Construction Technology Standards: Full-Process Control from Positioning and Layout to Anchoring and Grouting
During construction and installation, Qinglong adopts a precision positioning solution combining BIM technology with 3D laser scanning, achieving an anchor bolt installation error of ≤3mm. The specific process includes: 1) structural surface pretreatment, with sandblasting and rust removal to the Sa2.5 standard to ensure a base layer friction coefficient of ≥0.6; 2) formwork fixing, using adjustable steel supports (load capacity ≥500kg) to keep the anchor bolt verticality deviation below 1°; 3) grouting, using non-shrink CGM-4 grouting material, with initial setting time controlled at 4-6 hours and 7-day compressive strength after final setting ≥60MPa.
