The premix process is highly efficient and suitable for standard panels, but with slightly inferior fiber orientation.

Strict control throughout production. Batching accuracy is ±0.5%, and the water-cement ratio is 0.30-0.35, ensuring workability. The curing regime is critical: steam curing (60-80°C) for 24 hours promotes strength development. Testing covers all stages, with full monitoring from raw materials to finished products.
