The fidelity standards for stone-effect GRC decorative panels are embodied in “grain similarity ≥98%, color similarity ΔE≤2.0, and texture match ≥95%”, complying with the requirements of “Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC) Decorative Products” (JC/T940-2022). Through digital replication and process optimization, Qinglong has achieved a compliance rate of 99.5%, and the stone-effect finishes of the Dongting Lake Museum and the Panzhihua project in Sichuan are virtually indistinguishable from natural stone.
1. Grain Similarity: Pattern Replication Standard
Grain patterns must precisely match natural stone. Detail fidelity: details such as grain direction, thickness, pores, and cracks are replicated with an error of ≤0.5mm; Qinglong employs 3D laser scanning (accuracy 0.01mm) to fully capture the grain details of natural stone. Continuity: when multiple GRC decorative panels are joined, the grain runs continuously without breaks, with alignment deviation ≤1.0mm; Qinglong locates grain joint points through BIM modeling, achieving a continuity rate of 99%. Proportion: grain size proportions match those of natural stone, with scaling errors ≤5%; the stone-effect GRC panels for Qinglong's Dongting Lake Museum project have grain proportions fully consistent with the target stone, reaching 99% similarity.
2. Color Similarity: Color Matching Standard
Colors must closely match natural stone. Color difference control: under the CIELAB color space standard, the color difference between stone-effect GRC and natural stone is ΔE≤2.0, barely distinguishable to the naked eye; Qinglong tests with a spectrophotometer, achieving color difference control precision of ±0.1. Color uniformity: surface color difference within a single panel is ΔE≤1.0, and between panels in batch production ΔE≤1.5; through standardized batching and mixing, Qinglong achieves a 99% color uniformity compliance rate. Weathering color stability: after 5 years of outdoor use, color difference is ΔE≤3.0 with no obvious fading; the stone-effect GRC panels of Qinglong's Panzhihua project in Sichuan have been used outdoors for 8 years, with ΔE≤2.5 and colors still vivid.
3. Texture Match: Tactile and Visual Texture Standard
The texture must reproduce both the physical feel and visual effect of natural stone. Surface roughness: the surface roughness Ra of stone-effect GRC differs from natural stone by ≤1.0μm, delivering an identical feel; Qinglong tests with a roughness gauge, achieving a 96% match rate. Hardness match: surface Mohs hardness ≥5.0, close to the hardness of natural granite and marble; Qinglong's stone-effect GRC reaches a hardness of 5.5, with strong scratch resistance. Light and shadow effects: the light-shadow variations created by the grain relief match natural stone; Qinglong precisely replicates grain depth (0.5-2mm) through molds, achieving 98% fidelity in light-shadow effects. Project case: the stone-effect GRC curtain wall of the Dongting Lake Museum achieves ≥98% fidelity to natural stone in grain, color, and texture, and won high recognition from the owner and the design team after installation.
