1. Mechanical Performance Indicators: Core Testing of Strength and Toughness????

Mechanical performance is the core competitiveness of UHPC components. Before leaving the factory, compressive strength, flexural strength, and fracture toughness must be tested with priority. According to industry standards, UHPC compressive strength should be no less than 120MPa and flexural strength no less than 20MPa. The average compressive strength of components produced by Qinglong can reach over 150MPa, with flexural strength exceeding 25MPa, far above the standard requirements. Testing is conducted using standard specimens; after curing is completed, components are tested with compression testing machines and flexural testing machines, with random sampling for each batch. Unqualified products are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory. In the Shanghai Astronomy Museum public art project, Qinglong increased the sampling ratio for large components over 3 meters to ensure uniform and stable mechanical performance. In addition, fracture toughness testing reflects the crack resistance of UHPC and is an important indicator for evaluating the long-term service safety of components.

2. Appearance and Dimensional Deviation: Direct Assurance of Precision and Texture

Appearance and dimensional deviation directly affect component installation results and architectural aesthetics. Appearance inspection must ensure that component surfaces are free of defects such as cracks, honeycombing, and pitted surfaces, with uniform and consistent color. Qinglong combines manual visual inspection with high-definition imaging technology to accurately identify subtle flaws. Dimensional deviation testing covers key parameters such as length, width, thickness, and flatness. Depending on the component type, the allowable deviation range is ±2mm to ±5mm. Qinglong applies 3D laser scanning technology in production to perform full-size inspection of every component. In the Shanghai New World Nanjing East Road Century Plaza project, the dimensional deviation of super-large 12-square-meter components was controlled within ±2mm. For stone-imitation and wood-imitation components, texture realism and surface roughness must also be tested to ensure the decorative effect meets standards.

3. Durability Indicators: Key Assurance of Long-Term Stability

Durability testing can predict the service life performance of UHPC components in their use environment. Core testing items include frost resistance, impermeability, and corrosion resistance. Frost resistance testing requires that after 50 freeze-thaw cycles, the strength loss rate does not exceed 10%; impermeability must reach grade P20 or above with no water penetration; corrosion resistance, targeting projects in special environments, tests the performance changes of components under salt spray and acid/alkali conditions. For projects in Hainan and coastal areas, Qinglong additionally conducts salt spray corrosion resistance testing to ensure that components adapt to high-humidity, high-salt-spray environments. All durability tests are entrusted to authoritative third-party institutions, and the test reports serve as mandatory documents for factory delivery.
