Guangzhou Zengcheng Rose Garden

This project, with a total construction area of ​​610,000 square meters, is a smart eco-city developed by Shidi Real Estate. Backed by the Tropic of Cancer and natural mountains, it enjoys abundant sunshine and a subtropical, monsoon climate, making it a comfortable and livable community. The project's residential grounds were designed by an international design team, with quality comparable to the top-tier luxury resort hotel Hoshinoya in Japan. The terraced landscape design mirrors Tokyo's Karuizawa, carefully considering the balance between the overall elevation differences and cascading waterfalls, providing both visual and auditory pleasure.
