It is a cultural project developed by Wanda Group, integrating tourism, environmental protection, business, commerce, and residential functions. The "Han Show," which premiered in December 2014, is located at the eastern end of Chuhe Han Street and is a stage show co-produced by Wanda Group and Frank Entertainment of the United States.

      In 2013, Qinglong Company undertook the fabrication and installation of the GRC sub-project. Using 15mm thick white cement matrix to carve GRC panels, covering an area of ​​9000㎡, its unique Chinese red design is novel and stands majestically on the banks of the Chu River. Its complexity and technical requirements have set a new record for similar buildings in China.
