I. Appearance Quality Assessment: Visually Identify Surface and Dimensional Accuracy

Surface texture: High-quality GRC products have a smooth and flat surface with no obvious bubbles, cracks, or pits, uniform and consistent color, and high fidelity (≥95%) for stone-like, wood-like, and other textures. Qinglong GRC products have a surface flatness error of ≤0.3mm/m with precise texture replication. Dimensional accuracy: Component dimensional deviation is ≤±2mm, corners are square, curves are smooth, and double-curved components have uniform curvature without twisting or deformation. Edge treatment: Edges are smooth and free of burrs, chamfers are uniform, with no missing corners or chipping, and installation joints have uniform reserved gaps. Strength performance: Flexural strength ≥15MPa, which can be preliminarily judged through a simple load test (small components can bear more than 3 times their own weight without deformation). Qinglong GRC products have an average flexural strength of ≥20MPa, far exceeding industry standards. Weather resistance: No chalking or fading on the surface; after 1000h of UV aging testing, the color difference ΔE≤2.0. Qinglong colored GRC products have a 10-year fading rate of ≤2%, indicating excellent weather resistance. Water impermeability: No signs of water seepage on the surface and tightly sealed joints, which can be verified by a water spray test (no leakage after 30 minutes of continuous water spraying).
