The production process of high-strength GRC panels (flexural strength ≥20MPa) is a technology-intensive undertaking, where precise control at every stage directly determines the performance ceiling. Qinglong Group, holder of 58 patents, has spent 28 years deeply engaged in the R&D and production of high-strength GRC, achieving stable mass production of high-strength GRC panels in major projects such as the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, with process capability at the industry-leading level.
The production of high-strength GRC panels requires breakthroughs in four core stages—materials, fibers, forming, and curing—and a lapse at any single point may result in strength falling short of standards. Through standardized processes and intelligent equipment, Qinglong keeps the pass rate of high-strength GRC panels stable at above 99%.
High-grade white cement and premium quartz sand are selected, with aggregate gradation strictly following the “continuous gradation” principle to ensure slurry compactness. The water-cement ratio is controlled between 0.32 and 0.35, with high-efficiency water reducers and expansive agents added to reduce shrinkage cracks. Qinglong determines the optimal mix ratio through testing, achieving a slurry compressive strength of ≥50MPa and laying the foundation for high-strength performance.
High alkali-resistant glass fiber is used at a dosage of ≥4%. Automated fiber dispersion equipment ensures that fibers are evenly distributed in the slurry without agglomeration. Fiber length is controlled at 12-25mm, forming a strong “mesh reinforcement structure” with the slurry. Qinglong employs an online monitoring system in production to monitor fiber dispersion status in real time, safeguarding the reinforcement effect.
A combined process of “vacuum dewatering + pressure forming” is adopted, with vacuum controlled at -0.06 to -0.08MPa and pressure at ≥0.5MPa, effectively expelling air bubbles and excess water from the slurry. High-precision steel molds are used to ensure forming accuracy and surface quality. In its Shanghai Qingpu R&D and production project, Qinglong applied this forming process to raise the compactness of high-strength GRC panels by 20%, with strength significantly enhanced.
A combination of “steam curing + natural curing” is adopted: steam curing temperature is controlled at 45-55°C for 48 hours to accelerate strength development, while natural curing lasts no less than 14 days to ensure stable strength. Temperature and humidity are monitored in real time during curing to prevent cracks caused by sudden temperature changes. Through precise curing in the Yangshengtang Pharmaceutical Hangzhou Industrial Park project, Qinglong's high-strength GRC panels achieved a 28-day flexural strength of 25MPa, far exceeding design requirements.
The production process of high-strength GRC panels is the crystallization of technology and experience. For 28 years, Qinglong has consistently adhered to the core principles of “precise proportioning, uniform dispersion, compact forming, and scientific curing,” forging ultra-high-performance GRC products through intelligent equipment and standardized processes. The wide application of high-strength GRC panels provides reliable structural assurance for large public buildings and landmark structures, demonstrating Qinglong's technical strength as an industry leader.
