Immediate Protection: Core Protection in the First 72 Hours After Installation

Once components are installed and secured, special protective film must be applied immediately to prevent contaminants such as cement mortar and paint from adhering. Corners and edges should be fitted with anti-collision strips no less than 50mm high, wrapped in flexible material to prevent impact damage. Outdoor components must be protected against rain scouring and UV exposure; if it rains after installation, standing water on the surface should be cleared promptly to prevent rainwater from seeping into joints. Coastal areas require enhanced protection against salt-spray corrosion, with surfaces rinsed regularly with clean water. Indoor components require humidity control to prevent mildew caused by prolonged dampness. In the Huawei Songshan Lake Terminal project, Qinglong ensured the dryness and cleanliness of indoor GRC decorative panels through ventilation, dehumidification, and regular inspections.
